Customer service
For weddings, christenings, children parties, vows renewal ceremonies and anniversaries, as well as for any other private event, our associate from the Events Organization Department will visit you and carefully listen to your ideas, demands and needs to reassure that everything will go as desired and as planned. From a luxurious seated dinner to an al fresco buffet by the water. As soon as a request reaches our Department, one of our associates immediately contacts you to record all the details of the reception.
Our partner will make an appointment with you in your selected reception venue or in any one of the venues we provide, if you so desire.
At the same time you will be informed about the menus, the prices, the layout and you will be provided with specific suggestions that will give your event the appropriate flair, style and ambiance.

1. Food Tasting
With just an appointment you will get the opportunity to taste our dishes and to experience the delicious flavors, as well as the impeccable quality and presentation of our ISO certified menus, in order to select the one you like.
2. Equipment
We will provide the entire necessary equipment (plates, glasses, rotundas, chairs, etc.) for your reception.
3. Reception team
During the reception, the Intersalas Private Catering team is wearing uniforms with the company’s insignia and it’s equipped with wireless intercom to seamlessly and quickly serve your guests.
Their continuous training and extensive experience guarantee a discreet presence and the flawless realization of the event.
Additionally, the event manager, who undertook the organization of the event, will be by your side for anything you might need.
4. Decoration
A specialized associate will make suggestions for the best possible decoration of your reception area, while you can choose between a wide variety of flower arrangements, bombonieres, wedding gowns, decorations for christenings, children’s parties etc.
5. Music – Artistic supervision
For the music of your reception, we can introduce you to experienced DJs and bands of any musical style (classic, traditional, rock, etc.)
We can also provide you with any type of entertainers (clowns, team building personnel, etc.)
6. Audiovisual equipment
We are cooperating with audiovisual equipment companies that will cover your needs for microphone installations, speakers, decks and all the relevant appliances.
7. Direction – Special effects
For something even more special, our partners can take your event to a whole different level, by using special effects (indoor and outdoor fireworks, laser beams, follow spot, robotics, etc.). Combining decoration, music and other elements, they can “direct” your event, for an optimized and visually striking outcome.
8. Luxury car rentals
For an impressive entrance, you can choose between a wide variety of luxurious cars, with or without a driver.
9. Other requests
Upon request, we can also cover other needs, through the company or through external partners.
