An associate from our Corporate Events Organization Department will arrange for a meeting in your premises to discuss your ideas, demands and needs. If you have already selected the venue, our associate will carefully inspect it to identify the needs of the event. Otherwise, he/she can suggest alternatives venues (company owned or owned by partners) that will be suitable for the specific event.

At the same time you will be informed about the menus, the prices, the layout and you will be provided with specific suggestions that will give your event the appropriate flair, style and ambiance.

Shortly after that, you will be presented with a detailed plan/offer, which will be submitted to your company for evaluation and approval.

1. Food Tasting
With just an appointment you will get the opportunity to taste our dishes and to experience the delicious flavors, as well as the impeccable quality and presentation of our ISO certified menus, in order to select the one you like.

2. Equipment
We will provide the entire necessary equipment (plates, glasses, rotundas, chairs, etc.) for your reception.

3. Reception team
During the reception, the Intersalas Private Catering team is wearing uniforms with the company’s insignia and it’s equipped with wireless intercom to seamlessly and quickly serve your guests.

Their continuous training and extensive experience guarantee a discreet presence and the flawless realization of the event.

Additionally, the event manager, who undertook the organization of the event, will be by your side for anything you might need.

4. Constructions – Decoration
Our external partners can cover your needs for podium, panel tables, stand construction, banners and any other special structures. The professional, discreet and elegant decoration is an additional perk for your event’s perfect ambience.

5. Music – Artistic supervision
If there is a need for music, we can introduce you to experienced DJs and bands of any musical style classic, traditional, rock, etc.
We can also provide you with any type of entertainers, depending on the needs of the event.

6. Audiovisual equipment
We are cooperating with audiovisual equipment companies that will cover your needs for microphone installations, speakers, decks and all the relevant appliances.

7. Direction – Special effects
For something even more special, our partners can take your event to a whole different level, by using special effects (indoor and outdoor fireworks, laser beams, follow spot, robotics, etc.). Combining decoration, music and other elements, they can “direct” your event, for an optimized and visually striking outcome.
